Adventure History Board

πŸ—“οΈ First clues to next clue πŸ“ Snow, music, holidays and missing minutes 🧢 Evidence, not proof

The adventure covers are not just front pages. They are the public version of a very serious, very sparkly investigation into where the Magic Sheep have been, what they may have noticed, and why their clues keep arriving just out of sight.

There is currently insufficient evidence to confirm the existence of Magic Sheep. However, wool has been found, messages have appeared, stickers have been discovered, and nobody has provided a convincing alternative explanation.

Strange Signs in the Snow

Who was investigating?

Derek collects the stories, Whisp watches for signs, Builder Jack checks whether the clues could be ordinary, and Old Bluebell remembers what the old tales said.

What counts as evidence?

Adventure History

Each card holds one clue from the Adventure Timeline. None of them closes the case. Together, they make the board much harder to ignore.

The Discovery of the Magic Sheep Story notes
First clue

The Discovery of the Magic Sheep

The investigation began when ordinary stories started lining up in not-ordinary ways. Shy sheep, kind hearts and oddly specific grown-up memories kept appearing in separate places, as if the same woolly truth was being described from different angles.

Were the stories remembering the sheep, or were the sheep leaving their shape inside the stories?
02
The Kind-Hearted Rule Hidden message
Rule found

The Kind-Hearted Rule

A careful note explained that Magic Sheep only come near people who are kind-hearted, caring and helpful. The rule matched earlier hints, but nobody could say who wrote the message or how it arrived.

If the sheep are very shy, kindness may be less of a reward and more of a doorway.

The Great Ski Holiday Investigation Snow evidence
Ski holiday

The Great Ski Holiday Investigation

The strongest trail appeared on the ski holiday: sparkly wool, sheep stickers and little messages turned up in snowy places where they had not been before. Every clue felt deliberate. Every search ended just short of a confirmed sighting.

Fresh signs, cold snow, no clear hoofprints. A neat mystery is suspiciously rare.

Strange Signs in the Snow

Sparkly wool, sheep stickers and little messages turned up in snowy places where they had not been before. Every clue felt deliberate. Every search ended just short of a confirmed sighting.

The clues were too deliberate to ignore and too shy to explain themselves.

The Snowy Escape Fresh wool
Just missed

The Snowy Escape

One morning the clues looked fresh, as if several sheep had been nearby during the night and left just before anyone arrived. Wool was found. A sticker had appeared. The search began moments too late.

Perhaps they heard the children coming. Perhaps they were watching from somewhere nearby.
06
The Missing Five Minutes Time log
Tiny gaps

The Missing Five Minutes

Several clues appeared during small unwatched gaps: not long enough for a grand scheme, but long enough for a sticker, a message or a thread of wool to arrive. The clock did not prove anything. It did make the case harder to close.

Five quiet minutes may be exactly the amount of time a shy sheep needs.

The Holiday Sheep Theory Map pin
Travel theory

The Holiday Sheep Theory

The clues seemed livelier around adventures and holidays. Perhaps the sheep follow Isabella and Isaac. Perhaps the sheep take holidays too. The ski trip remains the brightest pin on the map.

If Magic Sheep travel, they are excellent at arriving without tickets.
08
The Music Adventure Listening note
Concert night

The Music Adventure

Isabella's piano and Isaac's violin made the sort of music that could stop a meadow from fidgeting. There is no direct sheep evidence here, except the obvious problem: music that lovely would be very difficult for nearby Magic Sheep to ignore.

No wool was found, but silence after beautiful music can still feel like somebody listened.
09
The Christmas Silence Blank page
Quiet season

The Christmas Silence

Then the clues stopped. No new stickers. No fresh messages. No helpful wool in unlikely places. The best working theory is that the sheep had gone away, perhaps to the United Kingdom, perhaps somewhere even more sheep-like and secret.

A quiet patch is not an ending. It can be a hoofstep with snow over it.
10
Wool That Could Not Be Explained Evidence bag
Unsolved wool

Wool That Could Not Be Explained

Small pieces of unusual wool appeared often enough to matter and never clearly enough to settle the question. Each piece was too small for proof and too strange for the bin.

The wool keeps behaving like evidence that does not wish to be rude.

Official position

Official Magic Sheep Position

There is currently insufficient evidence to confirm the existence of Magic Sheep. However, wool has been found, messages have appeared, stickers have been discovered, and nobody has provided a convincing alternative explanation.

The official position is therefore simple: keep looking, kindly.

Future Hook Empty pin
Next clue

Future Hook

The next clue has not announced itself yet. It may answer the question: What Were They Doing While Nobody Was Looking? It may arrive as wool, music, a message, a missing minute, or something that nobody has learned to recognise as evidence.

A good investigation leaves one space on the board for what happens next.

Official Magic Sheep Position

The investigation remains open

The board keeps the case careful. There are stories, rules, snow clues, missing minutes, holiday patterns, music that may have been heard, Christmas quiet, and wool that still cannot be explained.

Future hook: leave space for the next clue. The best evidence may be the one that has not arrived yet.
